Several days before my younger son told his own dragon story, which he told as mostly description, I had told the boys a story about a pink dragon: Dragon Yawn. I know he enjoyed Dragon Yawn because his good morning story was about a dragon.
He climbed onto my side of the bed and wiggled around until he was comfy. I could see his face looking up into the dusky room. I closed my eyes as he started to tell me a story. “Once upon a time there was a dragon. He had a blue tail, a blue face, a blue penis, and blue wings. The end.”
Um, pardon?

There is always a sequel with that child’s story telling!

LOL. Genius. I don’t remember any tale of a dragon mentioning that piece of equipment.

I have to say it was the first I had heard the story too; he has a great imagination and a sense of humour that keeps a person on their toes.
