For anybody who has been following along with my 2019 blogging journey you already know that I am challenging myself this year by breaking out of my usual post-a-week style to try post-a-day. To help me with this post-a-day challenge I am using monthly themes. With that in mind, I would like to introduce May’s theme: Mental Health. Canada’s mental health week falls in May so posting about mental health this month seemed fitting.
When we talk about mental health we are looking at things like healthy eating, getting the proper amount of sleep, proper hydration, engaging in physical activity, managing stress and mindfulness. We are also talking about positive think, positive people, positive conversations, and healthy relationships and so much more.
Blogging this month I hope to include some photographs, creative writing, and prompts all around the theme of mental health. I am hoping that some of you will comment and share over the course of the month. I am still going to be doing my Wednesday Penis Chronicle posts as well as my Weekend Coffee Share posts and they may or may not hit on the monthly theme.
