Minty greens, pale pinks, powder blues, butter cream yellows, and soft purple beans decorated the inside of the jar. The vinyl chalkboard label on the side read “Caution: Do Not Open.” On closer inspection a faint rustling echoed from the jar paired with a subtle movement. The jar sat on a dusted desk in the depths of this mysterious old bookstore; someone had been sitting here. A jar fill of pastel coloured jellybeans and one tiny living person.
