Would you rather be the coffee spoon of the coffee mug?

The metal of the spoon takes on the temperature of the heat for those few brief seconds that it makes contact. I think I would rather be the mug, a ceramic one. I like the responsibility of holding that hot liquid in a familiar embrace, cradling the warmth and being one with the coffee for as long as possible.

If we were having coffee I would start by telling you that I decided on an A to Z theme. I said to myself, “self why are you making this so complicated?” As some of you may know, this year I am doing photo prompts every Wednesday so I have decided to continue on with my photo prompt posts in April for A to Z. Why not? Seems to make the most sense.

If we were having coffee I would tell you that I did get a puzzle table. It is a bit bigger than I expected but I like it and I have started my puzzle on it. We will see how this test run goes. I find completing a puzzle to be a bit addictive. Do you?

If we were having coffee I would tell you that boys are in another round of swim lessons and it is going well. I am hoping to do one more round after this one ends and then call it quits until summer is over.
