There is something so invigorating about a good workout: running, swimming, moving along with Shaun T, Tony Horton, or Jillian Michaels. One of my favourite good workout feelings comes after a great yoga workout. The body feels refreshed, stretched, and full of energy. I feel like I am walking taller and lighter. My whole body feels as if it is smiling. My mind is quiet and carefree.
