It’s one of those mornings where the last thing you want to do is get out of bed, little lone get out of bed to exercise. Snooze gets hit one more time before you find the resolve to slip out of your warm nest of blankets.
You move through the motions of your exercise routine questioning your sanity, and then it’s done. You follow it with a hot shower, a steaming mug of coffee and maybe some oatmeal or an egg. It doesn’t matter because the rest of your day is your and its exercise free!
