Hunt
My eyes saw a profile moving across one of the exit points. Glitter saw it too and as the shadow filled the opening she grabbed my hand. Her decision about me solidified; I wasn’t a threat. She turned and ran dragging me behind her. Glancing back a complete darkness had fallen over the octagon space. “I asked him; he didn’t tell me it was hunting” she mumbling. I couldn’t focus on her words because I realized that we were running so fast that our feet weren’t touching the ground and we were covering miles and miles through book lined shelves.

I love this too! Although, I imagine most of us who start dragging our feet when we saw an interesting title…

What is the darkness? This gets more and more intriguing the more I read.

Loved the visual of the labyrintin library 🙂

I love bookstores especially big bookstores that you can get lost in, so a labyrinth of bookshelves just fits for me. Thanks for reading.
