Before I could move further into this strange bookstore an exasperated voice echoed from behind a row of books. “You can’t keep a fairy in your dollhouse!” The bewitched book forgotten, I stopped to listen.

“I don’t KEEP her anywhere. She chooses to live there!”

A fairy living in a dollhouse? Who are these quacks? On tiptoe I edged forward. Locked in heated debate the voices moving deeper into the store. With a final look over my shoulder at the coloured light dancing on the front door mat I committed and leapt around the shelves. Curiously the isle was empty.

  4. I would like to have a fairy move into the Calico Critter house we have…maybe I would. I guess it depends on the fairy! It might be better than a dragon! Keep up the great A to Z!

  7. I thought that fairies liked to live in dollhouses. They come fully furnished and the rooms are tastefully decorated 🙂
