April is when the A-to-Z blog challenge occurs, which means it’s the time of year for theme reveal. Previous year’s themes:
- 2017 – Raising Boys
- 2018 – Flash Fiction
- 2019 – Six Word Stories
- 2020 – Photo prompts
- 2021 – Writing Words
- 2022 – One Hundred Word Posts
- 2023 – Book Reviews
- 2024 – Puzzles
My previous year’s posts are at this link: A-to-Z earlier years.

This year I’m focusing on writing, but not formally. My posts will include things like sneak peeks, tools, quotes, and upcoming events . . . So, my theme is loosely writing stuff.
This year, April 1, 2025, is a Tuesday. I will post my letter A by 6:35 a.m. that morning and a subsequent letter every day after except Sundays until the end of April. Happy A-to-Z!

Good luck, Shari.
I don’t have it in me this year. It’s already the 9th and…nada.

Thank you.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to participate this year, but at the last second I figured it out.

I agree, Jayden. It feels like I was just writing about not having any idea what topic to pick for A-to-Z. Now it is picked and announced!

I’m looking forward to reading your posts this year. I often think I would like to write a mixture of things like you but am too scared. Mine are ready to go but I have to get organised for theme reveal. April is such a busy month and so is March. All my family are having birthdays!

Hello, Linda. How are you?
It is good to hear that you are all organized and ready to post. Your A-to-Z posts at “The Curry Apple Orchard” are usually detailed, lengthy, and interesting. I look forward to following you in April.
Happy birthday to all your family celebrating birthdays.

First of all thanks ever so much for visiting my blog and reading about my theme the A to Z’s of Me. Thanks also for commenting, I like the idea that your theme is kind of loose this year. The first year I was on the challenge , I had no theme and it went pretty well. I look forward to seeing some of your stuff.

One of my favourite parts of the A-to-Z challenge is community; visiting and commenting on other writer’s blogs. Best of luck. See you April 1.

I like that your theme is open enough to write about pretty much anything that takes your fancy

Yes, I have a bit more freedom with this theme. That might be a positive or a negative. We shall see.

Thank you, Ronel. And thank you for your link. I tried your link on the sign-up sheet a couple of days ago, but it was a broken link.
