An icy coffee date—COFFEE 2024-47

Would you rather make coffee ice cubes or coffee popsicles? **November was the wrong time to ask such an icy question, but my answer is ice cubes because they would go well in an iced coffee.
Would you rather breathe coffee air or expel coffee droplets when you breathe? **I would rather breathe coffee air.

If we were having coffee, I would share that we set the Christmas tree up last weekend but we haven’t decorated the tree yet. Riggs, who is one year old, will not leave the tree alone. He likes to ram his head into the tree, which shapes the branches into holes. The tree is glitter-coated, so his dark fur is sparkly. It’s a full-time job reminding him he has no business in the tree.

This picture was from last Christmas. Riggs was only a few months old and he terrorized the Christmas tree. It would seem not much has changed since last year.

If we were having coffee, I would share that for Friday night movie night this week we are starting our Christmas line-up of movies. This week we are watching Home Alone. We have Home Alone Two, Elf, The Santa Claus, and National Lampoon as To-Be-Watched over the next few weeks. Do you have a Christmas movie that you watch every year?

    1. We usually don’t set up the tree this early either. Besides trying to keep Riggs out of the tree, it has been nice to enjoy its lights in the evening and early morning. As for Riggs, he is full of mischief.

  1. That is such a great photo of Riggs and the tree. Luckily Fiyero isn’t that interested in the tree, but our cats are! We will put up the tree in a couple of weeks.

    Have a wonderful week!

  2. Coffee ice cubes sound wonderful to me. And I would much prefer to breathe coffee air… I love the smell of coffee! I just wish I could drink it! Your dog looks adorable. What breed is he? Happy weekend Shari💜
