Nevermore
It was a sad tale that haunted my sleep. Cord lived in a different part of the world, a world full of untold dangers. It was home though and he made the best of it. He had a small family and a little house. He had happiness. The world around them was in chaos and deteriorating quickly. They started to plan their escape, but Cord was the only one who made it out when the giant pulled the roof off his house looking for death and destruction. His family was killed instantly. Cord fled eventually finding safety in the bookstore.
