Book review seven of fifty-three and a few other things.

Welcome to book review seven of fifty-three for this year’s virtual coffee shares. I’ve picked books that are related to the theme here at Brewing Coffee, Twisting Words & Breaking Pencils—coffee, books, and puzzles.

The Ghost Writer
Author Alessandra Torre
Published in August 2017
The publisher is DCA, Inc
Available in eBook, Audio, and Paperback (302 pages)
Ghost Thrillers | Psychological Thrillers | Contemporary Women’s Fiction

This was my first time reading anything by Alessandra Torre. I have read no novels under her pen name, A.R. Torre, either. This will not be the last time I read this author. I recommend reading The Ghost Writer, a brilliantly crafted novel by Alessandra Torre. It is filled with secrets, suspense, and raw emotion.

You can find my full review on Goodreads.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

If we were having coffee, I would share that I am going to try getting my face in front of the camera for my social media posts more this year. It’s a little outside my comfort zone, but I’m going to try having fun with it. Here is a picture from last week’s first attempt at this.

If we were having coffee, I would share that I’m signed up to attend some Editors Canada webinars over the next few months. This week attended “Conscious Language and Copyediting Fiction.” If you are interested in checking out what webinars are available, you can check them at this link: webinars.

If we were having coffee, I would share that I’m ninety-nine percent sure that I have my A-to-Z topic settled. I’m going to keep to writing and editing themes.

Well, friends here is the coffee bean grinder. What was the highlight of your week? There is no Weekend Coffee Share linkup this week. So, please leave your link in the comment section below. I will try to visit over the weekend.

Just a reminder that there is no coffee linkup this week. Please leave your link in the comment section so I can visit your coffee share over the weekend.
