Would you rather use coffee grounds as a natural dye or to treat circles under the eyes?
**I’m curious about how coffee grounds would work as a dye.
Would you rather use coffee grounds to neutralize odours or clear ice off the sidewalk?
**Both options sound messy. I would rather use coffee grounds to clear ice off the sidewalk.

If we were having coffee, I would share that the snow has come to stay. We had lots of snow this week, the chunky and soft snowflakes. Much to my husband’s horror, I played Christmas music this week and got our Christmas cards filled out and ready for the mail. My oldest son has requested we put up our seasonal decorations this weekend. So, I think that is on the schedule for Saturday.
If we were having coffee, I would share that I have been too busy to work on my newest puzzle, “Polar Princess,” a glitter edition puzzle. I’m hoping to carve out some time for that on Sunday.
If we were having coffee, I am editing the last few pages of my manuscript. I plan to hit my editor up for a manuscript evaluation next month.

I have used the end of my coffee to make art before, heh. Funnily enough, i used coffee to paint a picture of a coffee cup. It actually worked surprisingly well. I guess, I would be too busy doing that to think about using them on my dark circles 🙂

Hi Shari
I love the smell of coffee so I’d use it to neutralize odors. Good luck with your manuscript!!!! I’d love to have a conversation about how to get someone to read your manuscript….I have 3 books in my head💜💜

Hi Dinah. Thanks for stopping in.
There are a couple of ways to get someone to view your manuscript. The first question to consider is whether you have a budget to pay someone or will explore other options. I’m looking to help someone with a project. If you want to email me at writingsparklebooks@gmail.com we can open up a dialogue about manuscripts.

I’ve heard of using coffee grounds in art, but never heard of them being used for treating circles under the eyes. I can understand you getting into the spirit of Christmas now that you have snow on the ground. I love Christmas Carols but am not quite ready for them yet. I have though, just started my first Christmas book

Hi Jennifer. Can I ask what you are reading, or do you have a Christmas book you might recommend?
Happy Saturday.

Enjoy your puzzle and your decorations! I finished a puzzle this week, and we put our tree up several weeks ago!

Hi Jayden.
You put your tree up several weeks ago? Do you leave it up until January? I put mine up the day after Halloween one year, but I found I got tired of it before Christmas. We usually don’t decorate until the last weekend of November. My son keeps telling me how the decorations bring a happy feeling, and he’s right. So, today is the day.

Wellllll, so we bought it second-hand and needed to put it up and test out the lights. (I’m super allergic to live trees.) So the timing ended up that we put it up a few days before Halloween. Since it’s 12 feet tall, we decided not to take it down. Plus it gives our cat a chance to acclimate since she’s never seen a decorated tree before! (So far, so good!) It’s our first year in a new house, and the first tree we’ve had in over five years, so we’re enjoying it!

I have not used coffee for anything else other than as a drink. Have a great time decorating this weekend!
