Would you rather shower or bathe in coffee? **The strangeness of this question entertains me. I would rather have a coffee bath because then I could keep my hair from getting wet.
Would you rather play with coffee grounds or coffee beans? **This question makes me think of math class back decades ago. Does anybody else remember getting beans to learn to count, add, and subtract? I loved moving those beans around. Anyway, I would rather play with coffee grounds. The sand-like texture would feel nice running through my fingers like sand.
If we were having coffee, I would share a link to a short post I wrote for A & O Cottage Rental called A Cute Country Store.
If we were having coffee, I would share that I treated myself to a new 1000-piece puzzle. I haven’t started it yet because I redoing a Ravensburger one called The Disney Pixar. The new puzzle I purchased is also Ravensburger, and it is a look-and-find.
If we were having coffee, I would share that I was grateful this week when I saw that Vizard was #20 in the Dark Fantasy category on Amazon for a while. Other writing news, I am scheduled to do my first author signing event in October. I’m just waiting to confirm the date and time. I’m nervous and excited about it.
If we were having coffee, I would share that next month I am scheduled to re-share my 50-before-50 bucket list with updates from the last time I posted it. Forty-five is around the corner, which leaves me a few years and a few more items on the list.
Here, let me pass you the coffee pot. How was your week?

I think it would be fun to play with coffee beans! But I tend to think both a coffee bath and a coffee shower would be rather sticky feeling. Oh I love a new puzzle and Ravensburger makes the best ones! Congrats on the success of your book! I bought book one in the series even though fantasy can be rather hit or miss for me.

Great answers, Joanne. Ravensburger and Buffalo Games are two of my favourite puzzle brands.
I appreciate your support, Joanne. If you haven’t read Vizard, I recommend it. It has generated a lot of positive support.
Happy Saturday.

I checked out your cozy store link, and saw that it is definitely the kind of store that I like to spend time in. Looking forward to your 50 before 50 post.

Hi Jennifer. That store is fun to wander through, and it smells yummy with all the baking and candles. If they sold coffee and books, I probably wouldn’t leave.
Hope you have a lovely weekend.

This was a hilarious read, but if we’re being serious..I do often “play” with coffee grounds. I arrange them in wide circles around plants that snails love, but I don’t want snails to mess with. I also use it as fertiliser for plants. I imagine taking a coffee bath or shower would irritate my skin though..

I didn’t know coffee beans repelled snails; good tip. Thanks for stopping in, Maria. Hope you have a great week.
