Ice cream and reading update—COFFEE 2024-30

Would you rather your dessert be a brownie mocha truffle or a mocha meringue sandwich cookie? **I would rather my dessert be a brownie mocha truffle.
Would you rather have coffee butter or coffee gummies? ** Coffee butter or coffee gummies? Both are an interesting concept. I can imagine buttering my toast with coffee butter and then topping it with Nutella.

If we were having coffee, I would update my list of ice cream flavours. Since we had our last virtual coffee, these are the flavoured scoops I tried: sea salt & caramel and chocolate ripple. I shared chocolate and cotton candy flavour with my husband. The cotton candy ice cream made me think of the fair.

    1. Hi Trent. Yes, I have made nice progress with my reading list. I haven’t been doing any writing, puzzles, or other crafts. So, all my free time has been reading.

  2. Now I really want to have ice cream!!!! Unfortunately it’s almost 10pm and I am almost ready for bed..The ice cream in the photo looks delicious, what flavour is that?

    How nicely your reading is progressing! I decided to re-read a viking saga (7x 300+ pages books) that I read several years ago. I like when you have time to really sink into a good story. In this case I took the time from my writing..LOL. It was worth it. I think one needs reading to be able to do any kind of writing. Even when the subjects are not related the two of them help each other.

    1. Hi Maria. It’s mango-flavoured ice cream. For a limited time, they had mango topping and I tried that on vanilla soft-serve ice cream; wow, was it tasty.

      Seven 300-page novels is a big commitment. Like you, I have been reading instead of writing or other creative activities. I need the reading time. I will back to the usual routine in the fall.
