Would you rather have sea salt mint white mocha cookies or coffee bean bark?
Would you rather have coffee as your nickname or coffee as your surname?
If we were having coffee, I would start by answering the “would you rather” questions. I’m not a fan of eating mint. I like the smell, but not the taste. So, I would pick the coffee bean bark. I think coffee as a surname would be fun—Shari Coffee.
If we were having coffee, I would share Shari silliness. Last Friday night we watched Signs. My younger son doesn’t enjoy movies that have tense moments, but we are running out of comedy movies. There are four of us participating in movie night and three of us like genres besides comedy once in a while. Anyway, to take the edge off I made a tinfoil hat and wore it through the movie. The hat was a success and what’s better than smiles and laughing?
If we were having coffee, I would request your input. I’m creating a resource page with writers, readers, and editors in mind. As a writer, reader, and/or editor, what kinds of things would be helpful to you on a resource page?
If we were having coffee, I would share that From the Ashes is available for pre-order in ebook format. The ebook releases on July 3, but the print book will be a little longer before it’s available for purchase. I just finished formatting it, and I want to read through an author’s proof before I let anyone else see the finished product. I was really happy with how it turned out when I looked at it in the book previewer. From book one to book four, I’ve learned a lot.

I think coffee would make a fun surname too! I like the movie Signs too and yet I am not a huge fan of suspenseful movies either because they do make me jump; even when I’m rewatching and know what is going to happen.

I am glad that the tinfoil hat was able ward off all of those tense moments! I need to start wearing one… nah, I think a boxer does a much better job helping me keep my sanity than the tinfoil hat would 😉 Great photo.

I went to school with some folks that their last name was Coffee. I like that hat for movie night, very creative & shinny.
