(COFFEE 2024-8)
Would you rather have coffee that smells like flowers or flowers that smell like coffee? ▪ I would rather have flowers that smell like coffee.
Would you rather drink coffee in the morning or after dinner? ▪ I prefer my coffee in the morning.
If we were having coffee, I would share that I posted my first business post of the year on Wednesday. It’s called Your success is my success.

If we were having coffee, I would share that I’m working on a round of edits for From the Ashes. My nonfiction book is on hold while I do these edits. My new fiction novel is brewing in my head. I have named my main character and decided that I’m going to develop a hard magic system instead of the soft magic system I used in The Ember Files. I’m excited about all three writing projects.
If we were having coffee, I would stretch, pour another cup of coffee, and pass you the coffee pot.

Mmmm flowers that smell like coffee. That sounds delightful. I’d like my flowers with caramel, please.

Marsha, I have this image of orange gerber daisies and sunflowers in a vase on the table. The sun is streaming in on them and the warmth makes them fragrant. One smells like coffee and the other is caramel-scented.

Flowers that smell like coffee – they would be easier to avoid 😉 There are times I like a good cup of coffee after dinner, but 99% of the time I would rather have coffee in the AM. Good luck on all three writing projects! Hope your weekend is going well and that you have a wonderful week ahead!

There was a time when we would go out for dinner and I would order a Spanish coffee either with or after my meal. Evening coffee drinking isn’t good for my sleep so I am a morning coffee soul. Thanks for stopping in, Trent. Hope you have a lovely weekend.

Coffee in the morning for sure!! Most days I only have coffee in the morning, some days I have a small cup oil the afternoon. In the morning I always have two cups before doing much else 🙂

Congratulations, Shari on all your projects. Sounds like you’re taking off. I would like coffee infused with the scent of roses. Unfortunately, I have to really limit my coffee consumption due to heartburn but get away with the odd cup, and shouldn’t have it in the afternoon but it happens. My weakness is chocolate especially Lindt Balls.
Hope you have a great week.
Best wishes,
Rowena

Those chocolate Lindt Balls are delicious, and a fair weakness. Coffee that smells like roses, how fun. Thanks for playing, Rowena.
