This year at Brewing Coffee, Twisting Words & Breaking Pencils my theme is “this year I am writing a novel.” So, in light of that I decided to try and keep to the theme a bit with my A to Z topic. I decided on using writing words that start with each letter of the alphabet to create short posts.
Y – Yak
The more I learned about the character I was creating surprised me. I discovered that he liked to jabber. All he did as a character was yak, yak, yak, yak and yak.

Yaking is my specialty in person. Boy, can I talk ones ear off if I let myself. I suppose that can happen when writing too! I liked your word for Y! 😆

It is a fun word, and I think when inspired by the right topic we are all really good at yaking!

I think that’s true of most of my characters, haha. Sometimes they do a lot of internal yaking!
