1. I’ve thought that “paths” itself could be a fun theme to explore.
   Once in a lesson I did for young adult leadership, I even used “the wake we leave for others” as a theme for living as a leader. I included several photos of different types and sizes of boat wakes and had the students use them as inspiration for leadership principals. It turned into a fascinating discussion that I wish had been recorded. The leaders in the group really got and ran with it.
   But “paths” could be so much more. Each of us took some path to get where we are.
