There were crystals in the air when I stepped outside this morning. As I braced against the cold I cast my eyes to the sky. The pale white body of the moon was visible against the grey blue sky and I was suddenly aware of the deep quiet of the early morning and the possibilities of all they beauty for the upcoming day. As the cold began to penetrate my defenses I decided this was going to be a two cup of piping hot coffee kind of day.
If we were having coffee I would ask you if this week felt fast for you? I found that the week seemed to speed right by! We had the real estate agent in and then the measurer and photographer the following day and BAM the house is listed! Now comes the challenge of keeping the hose presentable with a dog and 2 children…
I just finished reading a book on healthy aging and I am starting one on arthritis since I was recently diagnoses with osteoarthritis and I don’t really know much about it. I, of course, have been referred to a specialist but that takes a bit of time. And yes this read confession included a bit about having set aside The Sword of Shannara for a little bit. I did get the third book and place it on my bookshelf because I was think that I was in a position to power through but such is life. I might read it alongside the arthritis book.
On Wednesday my second week of photo prompts started. This week’s looks like this:
The story that I shared to accompany the prompt is called “You can check-out any time you like but you can never leave.” If you are feeling inspired it would be wonderful if you joined in and shared your link for that prompt!
If we were having coffee it would be time for me to wish you a great weekend. I need to head off and into this day and get a few other things accomplished….

Weekend Coffee Share is hosted by Eclectic Alli. I hope you have a chance to join us for a virtual cup. This week’s share can be found here.
Lovely sharing coffee with you this morning! I can’t believe how fast these weeks fly by and isn’t it crazy you can list your house so fast! It is hard to juggle family with trying to sell and will pray it all goes smoothly for you as we have done the same a few times. I hope you have a great weekend! ~Diana

Thanks for stopping in for coffee Diana. I imagine I will have some house selling adventures to share over the next few weeks, haha. I hope you have a great week as well.

I dread the thought of listing our home for sale now. We have so much built up cleaning and things that would need to be fixed up, but at least the kids are mostly grown and unlikely to leave their previous wakes of mess and destruction. Here’s to a quick offer and sale.

Its funny how things build up and small jobs sit for while. We were the same and it was a mad scramble before Christmas, but such is the way of things. Have a great week Gary, thanks for stopping in!

Congratulations on being listed. Just watch out for Big Brother.
As to this week: it belonged in 2019. Stress, severe road bumps, some almost tears, and three anxiety attacks, all in public.

Yes, will do and thank you for the reminder. Somethings don’t pop into one’s thoughts until the moment of “WTF!?” Haha.
Sorry to hear it was a rough week. I know all to well about anxiety. Here’s happy thoughts for a smoother upcoming week Stu!

I agree – Your description reminded me of watching the moon while we were having flurries earlier in the week.
