I’m not sure if I have experienced it. You are supposed to get a headache if you miss a day but I never have. I think it is a habit, like having a glass of wine with dinner. Maybe you need to drink more than two cups a day to experience withdrawal.

Yes, I image that everybody’s body reacts a bit different and has a different tolerance level.

I’m not sure. I have never had any withdrawal symptoms from not drinking coffee. I often skip it on the weekends when things get busy.

Yes, coffee withdrawal is the worst.
