Wickyorn
Impossibly the sound of the croco echoed through the bookstore. Startlingly a man in a shimmering cape appeared. Wickyorn the wizard sliced the silence with his voice. “Don’t be afraid. The tree has released the croco as a baby. I will give it a place to live while I train it to be good. It will make a wonderful ally.” On cue it swaggered into the opening visibly growing in front of us. Wickyorn was rapidly drawing on his arm. “The ink used in these tattoos is magic,” he said. The croco had become the tattoo alive on Wickyorn’s arm.

I’m pleased the croco can be friendly too, and a wizard joining in too!
